REFUND POLICY:
Resort does not allow refund of down payment however, guest has the option to re-schedule the booking to another available date if properly advice at least 10 days before the scheduled date of reservation.
NO-SHOW:
Guests who do not arrive within 4 hours of the check-in date and time of the resort will be considered canceled and allow the resort to entertain other incoming guest.

The guest is required to present the Reservation Receipt and a valid ID upon check-in. The resort reserves the right to refuse the guest to check-in for failure to comply with this requirement.
